Doctoral Exit Survey
Congratulations! You are about to be awarded the highest degree in your field from one of the top research universities in the United States. We hope that your experience at UCSB has met or exceeded your expectations. The Graduate Division is committed to the improvement of all areas of the graduate experience.
As a graduating doctoral student, you are able to supply valuable information for the Graduate Division's continuing efforts to evaluate and improve UCSB's graduate programs and services. Please complete this questionnaire prior to filing your dissertation at the Graduate Division. Graduate Council has made the completion of this exit survey a requirement in the filing process.
To ensure the security of the survey and the validity of the responses, you are required to log-in using your perm number. This will also enable the Graduate Division to make use of existing demographic data. However, please be assured that all responses are aggregated to ensure individual confidentiality. If you are concerned or uncomfortable with this format, you may complete a paper version of this survey, available at the Graduate Division, 3117 Cheadle Hall.
